Terms of service

The service
LabToolkit Pro is a document-control and records system for medical laboratories. It helps you draft, number, review, approve, electronically sign and track controlled documents, forms, logs and QC sheets, and map them to quality-management standards.
Accounts and roles
Each person signs in with their own account. Your laboratory's Quality Manager assigns roles (such as author, reviewer or assessor), and what each person can do follows those roles. Keep your password private — it is also used to confirm electronic signatures.
Your content
Your documents, records, files and signature images stay yours. We claim no ownership over them. You can export them and you can ask us to delete them.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only for your laboratory's work. Do not attempt to access another laboratory's data, disrupt the service, or upload malicious content.
Template pack licence
The ISO 15189 QMS template pack is licensed to one laboratory or organisation. You may adapt and use the templates internally. You may not resell or redistribute them, in original or modified form.
No certification claim
Neither the software nor the templates guarantee accreditation. Only an accreditation body can confirm conformity with ISO 15189 or any other standard. Clause references are provided as a guide and must be checked against your licensed copy of each standard.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Keep your own controlled copies of effective documents as your procedures require.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on documents or records managed in the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.
