What we collect

Your account name and email address; your laboratory's profile (name, departments, standards and settings); the documents, forms and records you create; files you upload (such as logos, letterheads and existing SOPs); and signature images you save or draw.

Why we collect it

Only to provide the service: to let your laboratory draft, control, approve, sign and track its documents and records. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

In our cloud database and file-storage provider. Files are private to your laboratory and are shared only through expiring links that you create (for example when printing a controlled copy or giving an assessor time-limited access).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Visit analytics, where used, are privacy-friendly and set no advertising cookies.

Retention

Your account data is kept while your account is active. Documents and records follow your laboratory's own retention settings. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of it, deletion of it, or an export of it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
